  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    One month minimum rental for the kit and the services. Once finished with treatments, your white-glove service associate returns your equipment, and you will see a credit on your credit card for any prorated refunds within 14 days.
  • DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
    Low-income individuals may be eligible for our discounted equipment. If you qualify you also get discounted white glove services per treatment. Ask your representative how to qualify.
  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
    Payments are made at the end of treatment days for the total cost of the service requested, any overtime fees, any travel fees, and the total cost of dry ice. Payments are accepted through venmo, zelle, check, paypal, cash, or any major credit card. Prepay on this website 1 to 2 days prior to the service by choosing your WGS Professional, the service you requested, and any Add-Ons needed. If you do not PREPAY, you can pay on the day of services with any of the other payment options you already have on the site.
  • HOW MUCH HAIR DO YOU RETAIN?
    The average cancer client is expected to lose 20-30% of their hair after round two (days 21-28 from the first round). Rounds three+ hair should minimally shed throughout the remaining treatments. Cold capping saves hair follicles which allows hair growth to continue through the entire treatment.
